All sales are final.

We may offer replacement or refund if:

  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Order was lost in transit

Requirements

To qualify:

  • Contact within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect use or handling
  • Opened or used products

Resolution

Approved cases may receive:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
